Limited Edition Policy

All artwork is printed and framed locally in Miami, Florida. Maintaining the integrity of limited edition artwork is important. This gives customers an opportunity to collect artwork with varying degrees of rarity. Some Haus of Flow collections will be available with a higher quantity of artwork than others. Framed & unframed pieces available in a lower quantity are more valuable. For this reason, both framed and unframed pieces are numbered & signed by the artist.

Return Policy

Haus of Flow does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds due to the exclusivity of each artwork & collection. Please email us with any questions or uncertainties before placing your order. Send to hofgallery@gmail.com and allow up to (2) business days for a response.

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for orders with the incorrect delivery address. Upon receiving your order confirmation email, please ensure the right address was entered. If you catch an error, please send us an email with your order number to hofgallery@gmail.com within 24 hours, and we will update the shipping details.

If the order is returned to us, shipping charges will be applied to resend the order.

U.S. Shipping

All U.S. orders are safely packaged and include complimentary shipping.

Unframed artwork is processed within 48 hours and sent via USPS Priority Mail with an expected delivery of 1 to 3 days.

Framed artwork is made-to-order within 1 week, and sent via USPS Priority Mail with an expected delivery of 1 to 3 days.

Damaged/Lost Orders

We carefully package each order to ensure a safe delivery during transit; however, the courier may lack care and that is sadly out of our control. If your order is damaged upon receiving, please take photos of the artwork and package. Email us with your order number and the images to hofgallery@gmail.com.

Before an order is considered lost, please be sure to verify the delivery details on your order’s tracking link, ask a neighbor if the package was accidentally delivered to them, and confirm that your delivery address is correct. Once these steps are taken and your package is still nowhere to be found, please email us with your order number to hofgallery@gmail.com to further investigate.
